BMDb v0.8

Big Mural Database (BMDb) tries to identify and catalog all big murals created in The Netherlands. This includes works that are currently on view in the streets, but also those that are gone. Hopefully thanks to this database they will live on.

This project aims to record art history and promote the preservation of urban art. It is not designed to be used as a city guide, street art map or any other way to find murals (but feel free to do so).

This project is not done (never will be, but will try). Working on: adding more murals, more data for each individual mural and new features for using this database. I will keep track of any big updates below.

Source: Most data comes from books, magazines and social media.
